The Lawyers of Talmadge/Fitzpatrick Are Experienced
Phil Talmadge is a former justice of the Washington Supreme Court which is final authority on almost all professional responsibility matters. He is co-author of the treatise “Attorney Fees in Washington.”
Tom Fitzpatrick is a nationally recognized authority on professional responsibility. He has taught ethics to thousands of Washington lawyers who have successfully passed the bar exam. He is a former member of the ABA Ethics and Discipline Committees. He served on the committees which wrote the Model Rules of Judicial Conduct and Discipline. He is a fellow of the ABA Center of Professional Responsibility and a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
